Client and Objective:

Dan Glass Graphics, a print and graphics company, wanted to increase business from their existing customers and boost sales in the slow months by offering specials and/or discounts on printing and graphic design. Customers were sent an email letting them know about the program and that could be sent special offers on print and graphic jobs, as a VIP customer, throughout the year if they sign up. Customers were directed to sign up directly on his website.

Campaign Strategy:

Customers would sign up and receive a variety of special offers by email, created with the ReferNow coupon wizard, which entitled them to discounts on Dan Glass printing and graphic services. These offers were sent to customers at least once a month. Each offer had an expiration date to help entice a purchase within a specific period of time.

Results:

Dan Glass Graphics started using the ReferNow program over two years ago. In the first year, DGG increased business by existing customers by over 12% as compared to their previous two year average. By the second year of using the program, DGG had increased repeat business by 19% and was able to increase business in the slower months of the year by over 27%.
